Louder Than Life 2026 Announces Biggest Lineup in Festival History

Nearly 200 bands. Seven stages. Four days. One of the most stacked rock lineups ever assembled.

Louder Than Life returns to the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky from September 17–20, 2026 for its 12th edition - and it’s officially the largest event in the festival’s history. Produced by Danny Wimmer Presents, the 2026 bill is the biggest the company has ever delivered.

Headlining across four huge days:

Iron Maiden, Pantera (only U.S. show of 2026), Megadeth (one of their final farewell performances)

Nearly 200 Bands Across 7 Stages

Louder Than Life 2026 spans the full spectrum of rock and metal - from genre-defining legends to modern heavyweights and emerging acts. The full lineup includes The Prodigy, BABYMETAL, Danzig, Rise Against, Alice Cooper, Jimmy Eat World, Mastodon, Coheed and Cambria, Anthrax, Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, Suicidal Tendencies, Skillet, Underoath, Alkaline Trio, GWAR, Bowling For Soup, Atreyu, Soulfly, Between The Buried And Me, Chelsea Grin, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Alien Ant Farm, Powerman 5000, Emery, Born of Osiris, Tantric, Rivers of Nihil and many more - with additional surprises still to come.

A Mystery Guest will make their live debut at the festival, while a Very Special Guest - described as one of the biggest heavy bands of the modern era - will be announced at a later date.

  • Sleeping With Sirens celebrating 15 years of Let’s Cheers To This
  • Cavalera performing Sepultura’s Roots live for the first time in nearly a decade
  • A special pyrotechnic performance from Skillet
  • Chad Gray presenting “30 Years of Madness”
  • Rare sets from Dry Kill Logic and Earshot
  • A comeback performance from Gemini Syndrome

Saturday will also feature one of the most prominent all-female-fronted stage lineups ever assembled at a major U.S. rock festival, with Halestorm, In This Moment, Lindsey Stirling, Orianthi, Icon For Hire, Kami Kehoe and Diamante all appearing.
