PAYMENTS/PROMOTIONS

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and Clearpay - please refer to Clearpay t&cs at the bottom of this page.

Stripe is used for card transactions and these use bank levels of security and encryption for your safety.

Can I use my Promo Code on sale items? 

Unfortunately promo codes cannot be used on sale items. Promo codes can also not be used in conjunction with any other promo code

The item I bought is now in sale/promotion can I return and buy for a lower price?

We don't accept returns of this nature. Any orders returned to us and are then re-ordered will be cancelled. If your order is waiting to be shipped and goes into a sale price we cannot adjust the price either. If we find any orders have been returned and bought again in this manner we will cancel the order and all future orders will be cancelled

The item I bought is now in sale, can I have a refund for the difference?

We don't process refunds of this nature.

Can I return my order?

We can accept returns if you've changed your mind within 21 days of your order date. Please notify customer support at hello@punkhaus,co.uk in the first instance. Please note returns must be returned in their original packaging and unused. If an item shows signs of use then a refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Please note, any items returned will be liable for a £3.00 restocking fee.

If your order is for a framed print, due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you.

How do I get help with my order? 

For assistance, please contact our Customer Support team via email hello@punkhaus.co.uk and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours, during busier times this can extend up to 72 hours.

If you're getting touch about an order, please be sure to include your order number and the email address that you placed the order with.

You’ll find us online most of the day and when we’re not, we’ll still get back to you pretty sharpish.

Once your order is placed, please check all order details as you only have 30 minutes from placing your order to make any changes to order such as item/s ordered, address etc. Once your order has exceeded this time frame, it will have entered our production system and will not be able to be cancelled or amended. 

 


Are the prints framed/do you offer a framing service?

Yes we offer a framed option in the choices available on the product pages. Our frames are crafted with the utmost care and precision, utilising mouldings made in Italy through classic, authentic finishing techniques. Each frame is constructed from real, high-quality wood and assembled by hand at our specialised framing facilities located in the US, UK, and EU.

Our frames are made from the finest wood and covered with 1.2mm acrylic to provide superior protection. The frame mouldings, sourced from Italy, are meticulously cut and pinned in-house by our expert framers, ensuring each piece is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. Additionally, all frames come ready to hang, making it easy to display your artwork immediately.

 

Are the prints metallic/do they come with neon letters?

All prints are a digitally printed and as such are not metallic.

The letters on the neon tube prints are also a digital print - these aren't a 3d neon sign. 

 

How big is an A4/A5 etc. print?

Do you offer wholesale/trade or custom prints for projects?

We don’t offer wholesale but we can offer custom designs for various businesses and projects. Please get in touch and we can discuss your project with you.

 

Can I resell your items?

All items cannot be resold in any form without express written consent by Punk Haus Ltd. This includes standalone websites, eBay, Depop, Etsy, Social Media Marketplaces etc. and also retail shops. We will pursue legal action if any business/individual that is reported to us reselling any Punk Haus item without express written consent. If we find any other business or retailer is selling items bought from Punk Haus we will also initiate immediate legal proceedings. Any replication/duplication of any print design/s and sales of said items will also be liable for immediate legal action. If we find that an individual / business is reselling any Punk Haus products this waives our returns policy and no items will be able to be authorised to be refunded

 

I've received a gift card/eVoucher prize, can I use a discount code alongside this?

Unfortunately not, our system automatically cancels orders when a discount code is used against these

When transacting online the exact amounts and dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into your Clearpay account to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date. 8. Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Clearpay transaction? OMNI: Yes, your order value including shipping must be between £10 and £1000 to use Clearpay.
