Refund policy

If, for any reason you wish to return an item, then please email us at hello@punkhaus.co.uk with your order number in the first instance.

All orders must be returned undamaged and unopened in their original packaging and include a note containing your name, order number and reason for return within 21 days of your order date. It is important that you include these details otherwise we won't be able to allocate your return to your order.

All returned orders will be issued with a refund once these have been received and inspected by our returns team.

If an item has been opened then the refund will be giving in the form of an eGift voucher. 

If your item is framed, then we cannot accept returns or refunds as these are made to order. In the event of damage we will of course replace. Please email hello@punkhaus.co.uk in the first instance.

Any item that has been purchased in sale will be issued with store credit in the form of an eGift voucher.

We do not offer a free returns policy.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund. Refunds are currently processed once a week due to skeleton staff. 

We currently do not offer exchanges on items. 

If your order is a pre-order item we cannot accept returns as these have been made to order.
